ADD HOLIDAY UPCHARGE to SPRING BREAK and other holidays All rates reflect 14 people or less. $150. more per person after 14 up to 18. Holiday Upcharge applies to certain Holidays. Only fees are rent, 11.5% Florida tax and $700. refundable damage deposit(refunded 4 days after check-out IF home is LEFT IN THE ORDER IT WAS FOUND).
